The Israel Weapon Industries (IWI) Masada is a full sized, polymer framed, optic ready, striker fired pistol chambered in 9mm with a 17 +1 capacity. This affordable pistol incorporates a number of desirable features lacking in more expensive firearms. The Masada's Polygonal rifled, cold hammer forged, 4.1" barrel has a low bore axis for reduced felt recoil and results in a flat shooting gun that comes back on target quickly. This modular handgun features a serialized steel trigger mechanism that can be removed and used with a different grip module and slide. The Masada's ergonomic grip module is fully ambidextrous, featuring and ambidextrous magazine release and slide stop/release. Three interchangeable backstraps (one is preinstalled) ensure that the Masada can be tailored to any sized hand. A dovetailed three dot sight system delivers an excellent sight picture while a smooth, crisp trigger helps to put rounds on target.
